FLO?s payment services are designed to facilitate the transfer of revenue generated through the provision of EV charging services from FLO Users (EV drivers) to Station Owners in a simple and secure method.
FLO Users can register for an account through the FLO Mobile App or our Website. EV drivers must deposit funds into their Account using an authorised credit card including Visa®
A User can activate a charging station via either their Mobile App or RFID Card. Charging fees are set by station owners, with some locations free to access, whiles others charging a fee for use (e.g. $15 per hour). After each charging session, the User account will be debited the cost of the usage rate plus applicable Taxes.
All deposits made by FLO Users are held in a Trust Account which is used to facilitate the transfer of distributable Revenues to a Station Owner
A User will be notified when their Account balance goes below $10 and they can utilise their credit card to deposit additional pre-paid funds like a public transit card
All transactions on FLO are handled by Stripe, who are a
PCI-DSS compliant payment processor that enables FLO Users to securely process credit card transactions.
After each charging session, an email receipt is delivered to the FLO User providing a summary of the transaction, including total cost, time and energy transfer.
All charging session transactions are captured by FLO?s Network Management System and available to review through an online Dashboard for Station Owners and EV drivers
FLO provides Stations Owners with a Quarterly report which identifies charging session activity and provides a financial statement including distributed revenue. A Transaction fee (15%) is applied to the Net revenue to recover the costs of delivering these services
